Photographers Who Come to Your Location

Some subjects cannot travel: a restaurant dining room, a manufacturing floor, a retail store, a team spread through an office. Our photographers travel to a location that is convenient for you, bringing the equipment the shoot needs.

Typical assignments include photographs of your business location, executive and team headshots, product photography at your warehouse, personal portraits and fashion shoots. We scout the space in advance, plan around your hours and keep disruption small.

Photographs are edited and delivered ready for your website, brochures, listings and social channels, and our videography team can film in the same visit.

Planning a location shoot

Close-up of hands holding a camera in a flour-dusted bakery.

Your showroom at opening time, your kitchen mid-service, your crew on a job site: the best pictures of a business are taken where the business happens. A location shoot begins with a shot list tied to where each image will run, from the website to a recruiting page.

A scout of the space, in person or by video, reveals the windows, ceiling height, power outlets and busiest hours. Staff schedules, signage and anything you would like kept off screens and desks are settled before the day, so the shoot runs smoothly.

Lighting for mixed and difficult spaces

Offices, restaurants and warehouses mix daylight, overhead tubes and glowing signs, and each source tints the room a different color. Portable lighting balanced to the room brings skin tones and products back to how they look in person.

Tight or dim rooms are planned angle by angle, with the camera placed where the space opens up. The goal is a room that looks as inviting in the picture as it feels when you walk through the door.

What the day looks like

Shoot days follow a simple rhythm: set up, photograph the spaces while they are clear, then photograph the people. One visit can cover exteriors, interiors, staff portraits and product shots, enough to refresh the images across a whole website.

Team headshots fit into the same visit, and our videography services team can film company video tours while the lights are up. Photo retouching finishes every file afterward, and product shots from our photography services can join the same visit.

On-Site Photography Questions & Answers

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Los Angeles and arrange photography anywhere: across Southern California and well beyond. Share the address in your Free Consultation and the shoot is planned around it.

Can you photograph a whole team in one visit?

Yes. Team headshots fit into the same visit as the rest of the shoot, so the same visit covers your premises and your people.

What if the space is small or dark?

Small and dark rooms photograph well with preparation: portable lights fill the shadows, and every camera position is planned before the day.

Can you photograph in a shared building or a public place?

Yes. When the shoot takes in a shared building, a lobby or a public street, we plan the location details with you in advance, so the day runs smoothly and every frame shows your business at its best.

Can you photograph during business hours?

Yes. Busy areas are photographed while they are lively and quiet areas while they are clear, with the schedule built around your working day.
