Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Vivid Concept, Inc., 1551 North La Brea Ave. #230, Los Angeles, CA 90028 ("Vivid Concept", "we", "us"), handles information collected through vividconcept.com. It covers what the website collects, why, which service providers help us, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

When you submit a consultation or contact request on vividconcept.com, we collect the contact and project details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and project notes) along with standard campaign attribution parameters (such as referring URL or ad campaign parameters) so our team can respond to your inquiry. The form also asks for the services you are interested in and your timeline. With the request we receive information about how you arrived: the page you submitted from, the page you came from, up to the last 20 pages you viewed during the visit, the website that referred you, and campaign details from the link you clicked, such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers (gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, ttclid). Your browser keeps these details in session storage for the length of your visit, and they are sent with the form. A hidden form field that visitors never see helps us detect automated submissions. We do not store your IP address with your request. To limit spam and repeated submissions, our server holds your IP address in memory for a short time and, where our database is enabled, keeps a one-way hashed form of it.

Use of Data

We use your information strictly to review your request, communicate with you about our services, and improve our website and marketing performance. We never sell or rent your personal contact information to third parties. We also use it to protect the form from spam and abuse, and to understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries.

Delivery and Storage

When you submit the form, your request is sent to our servers over an encrypted connection and emailed to our team through Resend, an email delivery service. Where we have enabled our database, a copy is also stored with Neon, a hosted PostgreSQL database, so we can follow up and keep a record of the inquiry.

Retention

We keep consultation requests for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Google and Microsoft keep analytics and recording data for the periods set in their tools.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors use the website: page views, clicks on our phone number and consultation buttons, progress through the form, plays of our videos (which film and how far it played), and completed requests. We may load it through Google Tag Manager, a tag management tool from Google. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers; its cookie names begin with _ga. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google Analytics. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, and at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

Session Recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the website, through recordings and heatmaps of clicks, scrolling, and pointer movement. Clarity sets cookies named _clck and _clsk. Form fields, including everything you type into our consultation form and the confirmation shown after you submit it, are masked so they are not recorded. Clarity is provided by Microsoft and processes data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

Ad Measurement

If we run Google Ads campaigns, we use Google conversion measurement to learn which ads lead to consultation requests and calls, which relies on the click identifiers described above. This can set Google advertising cookies whose names begin with _gcl, and Google can use these tags for remarketing, which shows ads to people who have visited a website. We record Facebook and TikTok click identifiers when they are in the link you clicked, but we do not send them to those companies. We do not currently use Meta or TikTok tracking pixels on this website; if that changes, we will update this policy.

Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience while using our website. If you are using our Services via a browser you can restrict, block or remove cookies through your web browser settings. We also use content and scripts from third parties that may use tracking technologies. When the matching tools are switched on, the cookies and similar storage on this website are: Google Analytics (_ga), Google Ads (_gcl), Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk), and session storage that remembers campaign details and the pages you viewed during your visit. If you block or delete them, the website continues to work and your consultation request can still be sent.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which keeps server logs that include IP addresses.

Who Receives It

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database storage, when enabled), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and Microsoft (session recording). Amazon Web Services, Resend, and Neon may use the information only to provide their services to us. Google and Microsoft process analytics and recording data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your Choices

You can restrict, block, or remove cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on described above, manage Google advertising settings at adssettings.google.com, and read how Microsoft handles Clarity data at privacy.microsoft.com. You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send your request to info@vividconcept.com or contact us at the address below, and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first.

California Residents

In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, IP address, and online identifiers), commercial information (the services you asked about), and internet activity (pages viewed, clicks, referrer, and campaign details). We collect them from you and from your browser, for the purposes described above, and we share them with the service providers listed above. We do not sell personal information for money. California residents can email info@vividconcept.com or call 323-540-4370 to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.

Outside the US

We are based in the United States, and information collected through this website is processed in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, and our providers may process it in other countries too.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
