About This Project
Relayt is a video social network where users connect to one another through content, and the idea only works when the platform keeps pace with its community. We built it with advanced JavaScript functionality and the scalability to handle large amounts of traffic and data upload, so the experience stays smooth as members, videos and connections multiply.
The core idea is simple and generous. A video that is already on the platform does not need to be uploaded again, because contributors connect to it and get approved, and the video's run time is divided equally among everyone connected. Members can see the videos and people they have in common, and plays, likes and comments are shared by everyone connected to a video.
