Renters compare sizes and prices and then want to book without a phone call, so the new site puts sizes, rates and a reserve option first and ends in a custom appointment form that is built in. Mini units for commercial and household use are laid out by size, so renters pick the right one.
A family business earns loyalty on service, so the site also keeps the human side visible. The menu puts Sizes & Rates and Reserve A Storage Unit first, then About Us, FAQs, Contact Us and Account Access for tenants who already rent. The address carries a Get Directions link, which removes the last obstacle between a visitor and the front gate.
