Two small jobs decide whether a hosted site and its mail keep working: records and certificates. Gmail and Yahoo expect SPF, DKIM and DMARC from bulk senders, and Gmail expects valid reverse DNS and a TLS connection from every sender.
We put those records in place from the day a mailbox is set up, and we test them again whenever you add a service that sends mail from your domain, such as a newsletter platform.
Certificates are the second job. The longest allowed life of a public TLS certificate has dropped from over a year to under seven months, and it keeps shrinking.
Renewal by hand becomes a recurring chore at that pace, so on our hosting, certificate renewal runs on a schedule we watch, with an alert the moment anything needs attention.
For a domain with several sending services, or a DMARC policy ready to tighten, SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup is the dedicated service for getting every record right across all of them.
Room to grow matters as well. When a custom application needs more than a hosting plan offers, AWS cloud services give that software space to grow, with hosting, releases, monitoring and running costs planned around how it is used and reviewed with you regularly.
